Nissan outlines plans to create a cleaner, safer, fairer world for all with three new sustainable initiatives:

- Nissan announces micro grid solution to provide reliable access to electricity to deprived communities in a developing country.Nissan is calling for partners to establish this pilot project to enable power poor communities to access to energy in a sustainable way.

- In an effort to help cities to be more resilient, Nissan calls for a pilot project of the entire Intelligent Mobility ecosystem in a major EU city, giving access to cleaner and more affordable energy and electric mobility.

- Nissan announces an e-NV200 full of battery pack to be used as mobile energy back-up or power source to help communities with relief when a major disaster strikes. We will be working with organisations in Europe in places likely to be affected by natural disasters to define how Nissan people and technology can play their part.

KEEPS GOING FURTHER AND FURTHER

With a new and optimized 40kWh battery now fitted on NEW e-NV200, Nissan continues to innovate in battery efficiency.Current 24kWh battery on e-NV200 was already covering large majority of the European small van audience needs; In 2018, New Nissan e-NV200 goes another step further with an extended range up to 280km NEDC (indicative data subject to final homologation process) thanks to its new, exciting, 40kWh battery. That's further than any competitor on the market and represents a massive change in terms of facilitating 100% electric delivery in city centers.
